Please follow this page! A lovely fellow midwife set up this charity after experiencing the loss of her daughter last year. As a newly qualified midwife with little experience of bereavement care, I can see the huge amount of benefit to this. We can all learn and be better ❤️

The festive season is a challenging time for those who grieve. We were able to provide Remembrance Photography to over 800 families during 2017. Be gentle with yourself and with others. With love, from RMB

One thing I did not anticipate as a Med student was how harshly our profession would be treated by the media even though it’s full of people working extremely hard for the greater good. Anyone can complain about us & instantly name is in the paper, guilty or innocent.

This is the greatest leap into the unknown that a woman will ever make - and she brings her emotional baggage with her. We need to get this relationship right

The wonderful - it’s not just about delivering babies - if midwives are understaffed we can’t form the crucial relationships that are fundamental to mums’ psychological wellbeing

She would be 37 in 2 weeks, her boys would still have their mummy and I would have my only child with me - give something to save a life

It showed us how wonderful healthcare can be. So sad though that Beci had to die 3 years later in her sleep after such a lifetime struggle
