Yesterday, SAMS resumed its operations at its multi-speciality medical center in Jordan's Camp, home to nearly 80,000 , treating 70 patients. The center provides both primary and specialized care to refugee, free of charge.

This past weekend, SAMS Community Outreach (SCO) & our Midwest Chapter began services at our first free specialty clinic in the Southwest suburbs of Chicago, providing endocrinology & cardiology services. The clinic will be open twice a month.

SAMS Pediatric Orthopedic Mission to continues. Yesterday, our volunteers spent the day in Tripoli, screening 45 patients & performing 4 surgeries. Moussa, a 16 year old Syrian refugee, is one of our beneficiaries. He suffered from a ruptured tendon and needed a surgery.
