CNN and MSNBC choosing to air Biden’s speech live over Warren’s speech (which both channels cut away from after they did get to it) speaks volumes about our mainstream media. They favor men candidates over women ones and moderates over progressives.

Read the article; I explain that product announcements are a special case. I’ll be publishing the full Jobs quote shortly. It’s clear he was against its use in internal meetings. I don’t know if he used briefing documents though.

I agree totally. PowerPoint is a big distraction to intelligent audience. It is the best way to make audience stop thinking and to make them follow whatever is presented.

Sadly, that’s roughly the percentage of people who die after contracting it. (If we can believe China’s numbers.) The flu percentage is .7 percent. So coronavirus is roughly 3.5 times more dangerous, assuming it’s equally contagious. If it’s more contagious then...

Not really. A sneeze in an open plan office compromises everything— desk surfaces, keyboards, chairs, papers... a sneeze in a suite of private offices only hit that room. Hand washing is ineffective in the former, effective in the latter.

I believe that the death RATE is higher than the normal flu. But you're correct that the absolute number of deaths is much smaller. But that's irrelevant to this article because it's about the open plan office as a disease-spreader.
