Ktka gov Vajubhai Vala of who vacated Rajkot seat for then CM Modi back in 2002 was also speaker of Gujarat assembly 2012-2014. As former Speaker does he not know that Speaker is master of the House and cannot be dictated to by governor ? Ktka a constitutional mess!

Appreciate the article in times of india ' powerful rajas . helpless praja'. The time has come to explore an alternate system . Voters vote on the basis of projected policy and programs of the party but these dirty politicians bother little for them.
