Oh, my. Taking care of a baby is lots of work, not to mention having lots of other work too! Hope you're getting enough rest for yourself! I'm great, thanks. :)

Exactly. And it's a genuine problem too—not all nonprofits have the resources to dedicate a full-fledged social media team, but it's a key part for successful fundraising.

A5: Not the easiest or the quickest way to raise funds, but—it's important for nonprofits to have a consistent and highly-engaged social media presence throughout the year. Organic social media awareness can be a powerful source of funds and support.

A4: Getting through the thick veil of distrust that hangs over most people's eyes. Fundraising can be challenging for new and niche nonprofits that support not-so popular causes.

I love the idea of giving employees a day off to volunteer. It's so important for people to be involved in their local communities, and it's great when a company goes out of their way to encourage that.

Oh, I love the cold weather. Hope you're cosy and enjoying it too. It's starting to get warmer down here in Australia and we're bracing for a hot and wet summer. Overall, not too bad!
