In a uni course on concurrency, we were introduced to a modelling tool from JPL, and the first slide from the lecturer simply said "This IS rocket science!" :-)

…not be all too thrilled at the prospect of being used as a tool for the narrator's ill-conceived attempt at a come-back towards someone who, by the narrator's own admission, wouldn't even notice. Far too self-centered for my taste, and has always been.

…cheesy pickup line. What *is* readily apparent, though, is that he was rebuffed, and has spent a full year obsessing over it, imagines his "giving of his heart" to "someone special" as some sort of revenge, oblivious to the fact that said, special, person, might…

…who has a fixation on scoring at Christmas: "Last Christmas…", "This year…". Now, whatever is meant by "I gave you my heart" is debatable, but considering "Do you recognise me? No, well, that doesn't surprise me", it might not amount to anything more than a…

I gather that my stance on that song might seem as ridiculous as that take, and I do accept that, conceivably, I might be wrong, but I would still like to elaborate on it, in order for the arguments to be available for discussion. The setting seems to be some dude…

Pesten ramte Europa i 1347. Oplysningstiden satte ind ca. 350 år senere. Krydser fingrer for en lidt anden kadence den her gang :)

Meghan Markle won't see the all of the nasty shit you write about her but your friends who have experienced miscarriages and the loss of a baby will.

Acknowledging luck and privilege in our success doesn’t invalidate our hard work. It contextualises it. Without it, we can passively contribute to a harmful, false narrative that opportunities are evenly distributed (they aren’t), which causes imposter syndrome and burn out.
