The picture below is of my buddy, Alex. Yes, that's the *same* guy. > He started doing *less* cardio > He *reduced* the volume he lifted > He dialed in the nutrition by cooking at home And now he's offering you his secret recipes. Grab them here šŸ‘‡šŸ‘‡šŸ‘‡

Gents - This one is mostly for you... You want to be the provider and the protector. And rightfully so. But don't tell yourself that you're "working so hard to provide for your family," that you never go home and spend time with them. That's a cop out. And defeats the point.

The same thing happened w/ Jordan. Phil Jackson wouldn't let him workout with the rest of the team. People thought it was because he was a prima-donna. Turned out he was just so damn competitive he was trying to out lift Wennington and Cartwright. Messed up his shot/finesse.

Also, you're at UHMB? Beautiful campus. That football team is cold for D3. I played (base)ball at TLU and we were in the ASC at the time... definitely made a few trips to Belton.

I would say if you have the means/ability, then leave. If not, then I would say, let's go fight that injustice together. But, in my experience, people often struggle with self awareness. They think they're doing good work and it's mediocre at best.

I almost *never* regret a run or a workout. Contrary to this, I almost *always* regret signing up to a Webinar. There's got to be a huge market for someone that can run a worthwhile webinar. Instead of 60 minutes, most should be 15 mins, tops. Give me the good stuff, please.

When you're tired and depleted, you'll be overly emotional, worse at making decisions and have a short fuse. It's important to fully charge your cognitive reserves. > Pursue a passion > Spend time in nature > Spend time with friends & family > Read/watch something entertaining

Exactly. Or they had a nagging problem that wouldn't go away until they solved it and once they solved it for themselves they realized it scaled to others. This is (also) often a good formula for starting a successful business.

Perhaps, but after the initial shock, this is one of the most empowering realizations. Most people don't care... Society, nature, the world-at-large sure as shit doesn't care. Good, I have absolutely nothing to lose. Time to get started.

Your feelings are what you make of them. Even the "bad" ones. For example: Guilt can serve as a moral compass. Anxiety can inspire you to improve. Anger and frustration can motivate you to change. Pessimism can help you anticipate negative outcomes and plan accordingly.

We can acknowledge great authors from all races and nationalities without changing the intended race of the characters within. I understand the importance of representation but this is beyond absurd.

Oh, I 100% agree. Imagine taking a class on African American lit and getting a copy of Native Son with a pasty white boy on the cover. šŸ˜‚

What other clinicians think is unhealthy about my diet: - skipping breakfast - not snacking - full fat dairy - bacon - daily eggs What is actually unhealthy about their diet: - cereal for breakfast - refined carbs - frequent snacking/lots of fruit - low protein, low healthy fats
