I think if tip of catheter was in brachial, it wouldn't be that hard (like what we do in externalizing a retrograde wire for CTO). The challenge I see is that often tip of the catheter is in aorta, and pulling the catheter back to enable this injures artery at kinked area.

Just to make sure our sampling is representative, I’ve had a case within the last 6-9 months during which pt had long asystolic period and LOC during RCA rota with aminophylline. Don’t know what to make of it but can happen.

Sorry, but there was an issue that has caused much confusion, so thanks for bringing this up. 48 hours before Cures was passed, we (government agencies) were "locked out" as final negotiations were done. The wrong definition of RWE was put into the bill.
