My first run around Bradfield Dale, near Strines, on the Sheffield/Peak District border. Apart from my difficulty in finding all the public footpaths, it was a beautiful location for a few hours of splashing through the mud 👍

Just editing photos from April's Derwentwater Dawdle ahead of my next photo story in . We certainly had four seasons in one day, but it made for some stunning views over Derwentwater towards the end of the race.

Crisp mornings, clear blue skies & empty trails are the best! I had the absolute pleasure of showing Gayle & Doug up time Lac Blanc today, conquering Gayle’s fear of the ladders & getting Doug into the icy waters of What an adventure 💖

My favourite hour of the day to run is the one before the sun rises. Especially on a day like today. The view from Baslow Edge before 7am this morning.
