“No one is born hating another person because of the colour of his skin, or his background, or his religion. People must learn to hate, and if they can learn to hate, they can be taught to love, for love comes more naturally to the human heart than its opposite.”

Our Protest was dispersed by the Police before we could start under pressure from their Bosses and A Diplomat from US Embassy. Who kept calling when the OCPD summoned in his office. They later abducted him and drove him 60km away from Gigiri. We live to fight again.

Anjan Sundaram’s book is a good place to start. He captures aspects of the terror that Rwandans experience as part of living in a totalitarian state. I couldn’t put this book down once I started!
