We’ll open registration (to buy tickets) probably around July or August. A sponsorship prospectus, which describes what companies receive in exchange for paying for a sponsorship, will likely be available in spring. Here’s the 2018 one as a reference:

Our second item is a bit of a tease… just a note to watch this space *tomorrow*, as exciting things may be on their way a little sooner than previously expected! 😬🤞🏽

Briefly poking our heads out from our post-conf hibernation to note two things! First up: thanks to the generosity of all of you who bought extra t-shirts or donated the cost of your RubyConf shirt, we just donated $1,126.20 to ’s fund to help CA wildfire victims!

Hello! Depends what you mean: when we start selling tickets? When we start accepting applications to speak? Or to sponsor? Let us know which you mean and we can try to provide more info.

Fairly certain it was Palais Des Thes: Have a look and let us know if that looks right or wrong? If that’s not it, we can inquire with the hotel directly!
