A great morning as is ’s first issuer to “Ring the Bell” at this morning. Very proud of our Vancouver-Toronto teams - and an excellent way to kick off our next chapter as a merged entity!

Great round table with today! Imagine if the BC cannabis sector had farm/agricultural status. If cannabis farmers could sell their product right to the distributor/farm gate! If our province protected cannabis farmers like they do any other form of agriculture!

If you don't have repeatability then you don't have a validated method. If your methods aren't validated then you shouldn't be testing cannabis.

Completing our merger (integrating the two pubcos), doing audits - and we’ll put out proper news releases as we conclude transactions. Things are busy behind the scenes. I assure you there’s been no summer vacation for us here.

Things shift and evolve in this industry faster than most others - and we evolve along with it. We should have a chat first (pre-podcast) - and I’ll bring you up to speed, 2018 to present (btw, I STILL haven’t used my Ninja .. thank god I didn’t splurge on the Vitamix! lol)

Update: I had a good call with the special licensing team today. They have added staff to review Research licence apps, applied risk assessment to expedite some apps, and plan outreach to the cannabis research community this Fall. Overall we’re making progress .

This is the message of legacy market transition. If we don’t participate, we won’t effectively help bring change. The old days and ways are evolving. Thank you :

Big congratulations to and the entire team. Making the transition to the regulated market isn’t easy - for many reasons - and I’m very pleased to see you take this huge step down your path.

Bring on the research! Who knows what we’ll be extracting going forward: “Both cannflavins A and B are believed to be more potent than THC or CBD, and will provide an alternative to opioid painkillers, which have extensive side effects and risks of addictions.”
