Its just a matter of pausing and drifting back into yourself - by focusing on breathing / body sensation. Doesn’t take long. Probably works best with some prior practice outside busy office but I’m no expert. But my friend is :)

I can’t do it after work (although when I feel it would be useful) as I’m tired and makes me fall asleep. Also 30 secs between patients v helpful - do ‘t do it often enough but always useful.

Apps are fine start with ( excellent). Small amount initally - eg 5 to 10 mins. Best time for me before everyone wakes up and sets you up for day. Ultimately try and get a teacher (eg online) if you can (v happy to recommend ). Happy to skype about it Mark.
