I'd rather say economic equity rather than privilege makes it easier to uphold integrity. Equity is about fairness. But this is by no means a direct cause & effect. Values more generally tend to neutralise the impact of poverty or riches in determining integrity.

This movement has taught us that you cannot expect the re-birthing and renaissance of a nation without the participation and involvement of women.

1.Rarely does a generation have the opportunity to lead change as the one handed the youths of Nigeria right now through . It cuts across the fault lines that divide Nigeria.

My son is 6. He is mouthy. Spirited. And does not back down! I don’t want to teach him how to deal with SARS in 10 years. I don’t want to have to explain to him how he is unsafe in his own country. In 10 years, he will be a target so I need you to .

~15 years in IB & PE, mostly in the U.K., also a couple of years in Nigeria. Hated it. The toxicity! One day, I’ll share. Until then, here’s what I’m saying to career women especially: Be yourself. Speak up. Walk away. At any age. Never be ashamed or afraid to restart.

It seems the combination of expensive commercial real estate + challenged retail margins - exacerbated by high overheads etc. - means that you need operating experience to work this model. If a long-standing retail brand struggled, wld a property developer fair better? Let's see.
