The average tax on income and investments is 15.8%; the average tax on inheritances is 2.1%. This proposal to tax inherited $ the same as earned $ (and end the loopholes) is as simple as it is logical.

I believe Yang's proposal would limit donations of the grant to 501c3 public charities. The NFL is a nonprofit, but not a public charity.
Every single church is a 501c3. Most private universities, museums, and many more. Kaleidoscopic sector.
