I'm more interested in tech that would support a market in recovered patients. Would you pay a premium for an Uber driver who could prove he contracted the virus and then recovered? Could Target staff a store with only immune staff?

Some epidemiologists may be discussing that option, but we don’t even know if you get immunity, and what lasting effects it leaves on you. It may be more reasonable to set up labs on all airports and not let anyone enter a plane without a swab.
