Researchers went back & listened to Reagan's speech BEFORE he was diagnosed w Alzheimer's & found 2 measures suggesting the disease: increased use of repetitive words & substituting nonspecific terms like “thing” for specific nouns. Watch Trudeau v. Trump

One coping mechanism as dementia slowly creeps over Trump's pre-existing criminal soul & twisted personality is to have an easy "go to" phrase when the speaker can no longer express full thoughts. Trump & a "go to" BING!

Now let's add the layer of Trump dementia on top of his evil, criminal inclinations ... like a big juicy cherry. Unusual look on Trump's face in this clip. He looks dazed or as if he is on the verge of fainting. Then wanders / drifts off ...

Multiple intelligence officers: Trump often has trouble paying attention to, or wholly disregards assessments from agents. They frequently try to hold Trump's attention by using visual aids & repeating his name. This is dangerous 😳

And ... in addition to all of that, Trump has claimed to prefer only three to four hours of sleep every night. No wonder Trump shows "many classic signs of sleep deprivation."

Why now? Did he vote for Trump? Why not during the 2016 election?

I don't know, but there is a risk to his finances. Speculations on my part. - If Trump lost Noel might lose a lawsuit. - People have figured out that depositions now scare Trump. - People have figured out that giving info as part of their job on a comedy stage protects them.

Sort of. He's telling the public a few at a time. His "coming forward" strategy seems like a lot of feet shuffling towards the back..... Wondering why.

Yes, absolutely. NDAs are often part of settlement agreements reached between two parties. Such an agreement would not prevent law enforcement from issuing a subpoena in case of criminal activity, but first, the LEOs have to realize that one needs to be issued.
