Haha. Not strong for sure but with 30 yrs in the profession and 18 in PP I’ve seen many people require some MT to move pain free. Besides we need to use our skills to separate us from every other “trainer” working with the general pop. Oh and my bench press is back up to 205!:)

I can appreciate your sentiment but I don’t believe you ever became skilled enough in using manual therapy as a facilitator to the exercises. It is actually an essential part of the treatment albeit smaller than the active portion.
