How low can get. I wouldn’t wish what’s happened to Rush on my worst enemy. Yet, Reza & his ilk can’t wait to celebrate. It’s a man’s life, & not some political contest. It’s nothing to be happy about.

That’s a sick, despicable comment. Rush Limbaugh is a human being. At this time, he deserves our sympathy & prayers. Are you so shallow & vindictive that you can’t set politics aside even for just one moment? How would you feel if someone said the same thing about you?

Miami-Dade used to have the best elections & police department in the state. Soon, we’re going to have to elect a supervisor of elections & a sherif. We’re going to have to deal with the same nonsense that Broward & other counties around the state have to deal with.

So, you think that just because you work at CNN you’re entitled to attend? Like it or not, the president still gets to choose who he meets with. That means he doesn’t have to talk to you. Maybe if you showed some respect & didn’t attack him all the time, you might get invited.

I thought it could’ve been more tasteful. However, I do agree that it wasn’t empowering.

What exactly do you consider health care for transgender youth? Performing an irreversible procedure on a child isn’t just wrong, it’s also unethical. Adults should have the right to do whatever they want, but no child should have a life altering decision made for them.

You have to look beyond the SPLC’s rating. You need to do your own research, & draw your own conclusions before making an informed decision as to whether or not an organization is a hate group.

does understand the would be labeled a hate group by its own standards. The SPLC often labels organizations that don’t agree with their views as hate groups. I wouldn’t automatically delegitimize a group because the SPLC doesn’t like them.

Quality control? It’s more like they’re rigging the caucus so Bernie will lose.

Like it or not, space is becoming more competitive. As we begin to explore our solar system, our geopolitical issues won’t be confined to earth. We would be foolish not to prepare. You can be assured our competitors will.

Yes. You have the ballistic missile threat & the emerging threat of hypersonic weapons, which are harder to shoot down. These types of weapons have to be neutralized in orbit & we need to develop the technologies to defend against them.

Utah’s government did step in. They hired a specialist to look into the increase in the suicide rate. My argument isn’t that the government shouldn’t step in. It’s that the federal government shouldn’t be doing it. It’s a state issue & not a federal one.

That’s not true. Not all of the founding fathers were pro-slavery.

The founders never intended for the federal government to be an all-powerful central government.

That’s exactly why I said the federal government’s “job is to protect our inalienable rights & to guarantee no foreign or domestic power will ever take them from us.” However, that doesn’t mean that the federal government should take over all aspects of our lives.

Local school boards set policy & develop the curriculum along with the state.

Segregation was dealt with long before the Department of Education was created. Civil rights violations are dealt with by the Department of Justice & the Courts. The Department of Education is a waste of money. It does nothing to improve education.

Socialism & communism are the same thing. They’re vile & evil. Placing the word “democratic” in front of socialist doesn’t change that. Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid & AMTRAK are all perfect examples of failed socialist policies. It just doesn’t work.

Yes, but many of the functions you mentioned are handled by state & local government. The federal government shouldn’t be involved in things such as education. That should be a state & local issue.

I don’t know what’s going on in Utah to make kids want to harm themselves. However, in general we’re failing our youth. Climate hysteria is just one example.
