Rumbled. Now I know you didn’t listen to the recent podcast ( and will be shaking their heads) because I agreed the puzzle needs perfect squares, cubes etc so not really surds but don’t spoil a good pun!

Just think - children of the future will study this period; there’ll be Covid19 dress up days.

My school is probably moving over to Google Classroom. Any useful tips for getting it right from the start?

Good thing to put together - I haven’t yet but it makes sense! I’d want some percentage work in there. Perhaps a generic video about how borrowing money works. (Not APR yet!) An extract from ‘a maths on the back of an envelope perhaps. Maybe some critical analysis?

Teachers of Yr 12, I know you've been doing loads to prep WFH and online stuff for your students, what else do you need? Is there a wishlist of back up that you are going to need as the weeks go on? (I don't mean pasta or loo rolls). AMSP are here to help, what do you need?

PLEASE SHARE BECAUSE THIS IS IMPORTANT 1 infection today leads to 1296 in one month without social distancing. Stay at home to reduce your exposure by 50% and the number of infections drops to only 19. The numbers don't lie. Stay at home and stay safe.

Thank you to the teachers and staff in schools across the country this morning - you are part of our vital front line in the fight against coronavirus. Help schools to focus on the children who need a place most, and keep your kids at home if you can.

Our occasional call-out for a volunteer to co-host next month — you don’t need to be a maths genius, just interested in talking maths for an hour or so.
