Quisling & other Nazi collaborators are widely hated by other Norwegians, who socially ostasice them with an "ice front"- encouraged by British intelligence, who smuggle propaganda stamps into Norway:

Quisling- his name now slang for Nazi collaborators across occupied Europe- has been ordered to force Norwegian cooperation with the German war effort.
