My friend, , was a prolific businessman, a stalwart of conservative policies, and most importantly he was a loving husband and father. My prayers are with Gloria and his family as he rests in a better place. His humor and vigor for America will be missed.

As President Trump has stated, education is the civil rights issue of our time. The socioeconomic status of a child matters little in the long run if you give them a good education. (Follow the link for more.)

Let's use common sense in the reopening of our schools. The evidence shows children are not at risk or are at very small risk from . We can use what we have learned from the in a very effective way to control the virus and not let the virus control us.

Today is the day that we celebrate our independence as a nation, but we should also be mindful of our independence as individuals. We cannot be “the land of the free” if we are not “the home of the brave.” Happy Independence Day!

All of our ancestors were involved in some way and there are things that we can all learn from their sacrifices. Rather than allowing the memory of slavery to divide and cause resentment, let us strive to learn from mistakes and make sure similar things are never repeated again.

Juneteenth represents the end of slavery in America. It represents the emancipation of slaves and justification for a major war in which hundreds of thousands of white people lost their lives.

I think this is a situation that is not clear-cut, like the callous murder that occurred in Minnesota, and it really requires some heads of people who actually know what should be done under these circumstances to make judgments.

You’re so welcome - I’m honored to serve my brothers in prisons and I will stand for your work despite what the main stream media says. I see the effects of your policies on the most oppressed Black men in America!

Since the beginning, has talked about being a champion for the forgotten men and women of this nation and that’s exactly where we’ve been concentrating. It has been an honor to serve in an Administration with that goal, and I’m excited to see America bounce back.

I have never seen a situation where violent protests accomplish something good. It is ruining these neighborhoods and the chances for a lot of people to climb the ladders of opportunity.

“Where there is no law, there is no opportunity. Where there is no justice, there is no liberty. Where there is no safety, there is no future.” Couldn’t agree more President . Thank you for your leadership and commitment to our country and its principles.

The murder of George Floyd is one of the most heartless acts of cruelty ever recorded. Let us remember that we are one nation under God and that racism and senseless violence are not godly principles.

Riots hurt our underserved communities for years after. Let us work together to heal our communities and address the poverty that has gripped them for generations so that our young people of color have an outlet other than violence in times of hurt.

We must hold our elected officials accountable, we must pray for peace, and we must demand justice, but it cannot be at the expense of our communities or people’s lives, protestor or officer.

“Beloved, do not avenge yourselves but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, ‘Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,’ says the Lord.” We are one American family united by liberty & justice for all. Justice will be served where our laws were broken & civil liberties violated.

George Floyd was a man of faith, a man of color, & a father to the young men in his community & church. My heart breaks for his family & for our country being torn apart by violence. Honor the legacy of Floyd by protesting in peace. There will be justice for him & his family.
