Another excellent thread from ... I particularly like this part. As I keep trying to explain to and : If someone retires and you don’t fill that job, that’s a JOB LOSS. Plus that means fewer teachers/ed workers in schools.

Wow! captured a video recording of 'gaslighting' his own constituents about cuts to the Ontario Library Service. How thinks gaslighting is an acceptable way to govern is beyond me.

Ugh. Gut wrenching. I can't imagine. People have financial responsibilities. People who just got contracts in the last few years are ADULTS & have things to pay for! They're not fresh out of TC & living with parents still! Not to mention the detriment to their morale.

Yup, you read that right. 121 of 240 teachers, over half, declared surplus. Is that a "regular occurrence"?

In addition to the 125 Durham teachers who were just declared surplus, secondary teachers in Halton are receiving surplus notices today ☹️

Just going to summarize every Spiked and Quillette article so you don't have to read them if they come across your TL: 1. Author has very specific personal grievance, feels aggrieved, has hurt feelings, decides to write about said hurt feelings. 1/
