Listening to a mutual fund manager explain how 2000 dotcom bubble popped - incorrectly - it ruins him for me. This makes me think everything else he says is wrong. If you don't understand how 2000 crash, WTF is your entire process? Am I being too harsh, or is that fair ?

How does a brokerage firm like Robinhood make money when commissions are $0? They sell their order flow to an execution firm. Citadel is the largest such firm. So, they are in the perfect position to know how big the retail footprint is in the market.
