A phenomenal heat record: so hot were the past five months in Germany! The old record from 2003 was beaten by a full 1.6 °C! Scale on the left shows the temperature deviation from the first 30 years of the record, the color curve the data smoothed over 11 years.

Here is the same analysis for all of Europe, thanks to Etienne Kapikian Anyone interested in global mean temperature, for all 12 months of each year: I post a graph of that almost every month around the 15th when the data come out.

Hmm, ist das Herausfischen von "April - August" nicht auch so eine Art Cherrypicking, das wir den AGW-Deniern (zu Recht) ständig vorwerfen? (Las gerade einen Artikel von Schwanke, dass 2018 zwar ziemlich außergewöhnlich war aber in D in Sachen T 2003 nicht übertreffen konnte.)

Vermutlich bezog sich das auf Juni-August? Da liegt 2003 vorn. Je länger der Zeitraum desto kleiner die Varianz, desto bemerkenswerter so ein Rekord. Aber ich will damit ja nicht die globale Erwärmung beweisen - das tut der farbige Langzeittrend.

Nothing say’s “global warming” than a single site (you should know better than to post that.) Additionally, you failed to mention... all of the “warming” has taken place since the reunification of Germany (1990) with rapid local growth around Berlin has undoubtedly added to UHI
