I'm not fussed, I'll take owt. If the question is 'how much medical science and technology do you want to help your ailing body?', the answer is 'as much a possible, cheers.'

Level upped my middle aged status today by ordering varifocal glasses after an eye test.

The boy lost his first milk tooth. Whilst bullshitting about the tooth fairy I remembered the sugar plum ballerina from 'Cabin in the Woods' (google it, I ain't posting a pic) and now that's stuck in my head. Sweet dreams.

Less than two weeks till this absolute howler. Excellent line-up, feat. the first (and probably only) Verboden Boys gig. All proceeds going to Mermaids - a great charity providing support for gender diverse and transgender children and young people.

Every week I hear cheap Bandcamp downloads, from artists I can thus directly thank and support, that surpass most lauded and expensive 'proper' releases in EVERY IMPORTANT RESPECT. Things ain't faultless, sure, but it's punk as all fuck and I love it.

Cheers. Mine not as bad as that. Just knackered, aching and seasick. About a week in, last two days it has really blossomed. Was hoping it would pass soon but GP prescribed me 4 weeks of meds this morning! Fuck that - I've got stuff to do.

Could just make the pdfs available, maybe as a Bandcamp extra I guess...

I was tempted by this but blog already exists in a digital form, nicely formatted, full of links and colour pics, browsable by month, searchable by term. Happy to be proved wrong but not sure being able to read offline or chronologically adds enough value to warrant the work.

Off work with labyrinthitis. Swooshy ambient making me feel seasick. Interestingly, stuff by and seems medicinal.

Considered this but pdfs run to ~3k A4 pages! I'm getting one b&w printed copy made as cheap as possble for archive/vanity reasons but still expensive. Also editing, formatting for proper publication would take forever. If anyone has the time/money then please get in touch!

Yep, not only more words than Lord of the Rings or War and Peace but considerably more culturally significant than either of those too.

Drone Ensemble are building 2 big lyres triggered by rotating wheels of e-bows that in turn send vibrations through a series of kiln-fired ceramic gongs to create a vast wave of drones. Here they are in the depths of production ahead of their exhibition opening next Friday.
