2) I cannot find the TG-18 CT pattern on the AAPM website. had to find the download site via google: . the 1k luminance pattern on this website is equivalent to the CT pattern in your document, but there is no 2k pattern listed on the site. Sorry to spam!

testing pattern, I can only see the "QUALITY CONTROL" letters up to "QUALITY CONT" for the leftmost dark box. Also, for the box adjacent to the 0-5% box, I cannot see the corner boxes within it. Reckon this is sufficient for formal reporting, but would like your clarification.
