Precisely- so its a fairly useless bit of history IMHO- weight gain, timing, hunger after vomit, gas if indicated etc all much more useful. And as for feeling an olive... don’t get me started 😜 This is one where USS is totally warranted 👍🏻

and please note, bile is green- like an avocado, not yellow. be specific in your history taking and presenting and clarify with parents. Thanks to our CED has many shades of green we can compare vomit to... only one is bilious 🤣
