Employees are people too, and bring a wide diversity of experience, viewpoints, and craziness. Diversity and Inclusion is so, so important. Monocultures lead to holocausts, or even worse future outcomes.

Yup, rules are evaluated every time the configuration item changes. Add an ENI to a VPC - the VPC configuration item changes and you're charged.
