K8s? GitOps? (open-sources, webinars, blogs). But install k8s locally and play with it.But think about it as huge deployment management not holly grail for everything. We have 5 env, 5 apps per env in one project. Still small for k8s

We use LiveView in production from the beginning(of LV) and short text what is the best: 1. Speed of development 2. Speed in production 3. You(server) has control was user see (not some huge js client framework) I know a lot of disadvantages but still it’s amazing.

It’s easier than you think. I was afraid of it too, but now... 4 clusters in EU, GitOps, HW and also multiple cloud providers 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

The Japanese concept of Ikigai, meaning “a reason for being.” Do something at the intersection of: 1) What you love. 2) What you’re good at. 3) What you can be paid for. 4) What the world needs.

What about productivity? I’m thinking about iPad Pro + keyboard setup to code out phoenix apps. When I’m on MB, I can do everything (mail, devops,..) so a lot of time I forgot or I don’t have time for coding. Maybe this is the way 😂

I feel like testing the Elixir Kubernetes client against k3s from my browser in a GitHub Codespace on an iPad proves that this is all just some weird simulation.

I still think that the single most important thing for a software team to have is a good, safe, automated deployment strategy. Basically something like a canary deploy that happens on every merge to `main`, and then rolls out gradually and rolls back automatically if needed.
