Interesting survey here by which reminds me how, even 25 years ago, when I worked in a group seeking to develop techniques & technologies for flexible & at-home team working, it was clear that management skills where always as (or more) important than technology.

My optimistic interpretation of this is that (perhaps) it helps to further the possibility of a new metric being accepted & expected for measuring success for all political ideologies, one that is based less on power games and more on achieving sustainable wellbeing for everyone.
