It's nice that @fail0verflow's Switch can run Linux, but can your scopes do this? /cc @q3k pic.twitter.com/O61UtOTWG7

Where can I find more info about this? It'd be lovely to have an oscilloscope powered by Arch, assuming there is at least some form of software written that makes use of the oscilloscope parts, of course...

We're still in somewhat stealth mode about this. We have an open source bitstream that runs Linux (as pictured), but are only starting to get sample capture going. There's a lot of work involved to make it into a real scope... We'll release once we have the basics done :).

I beg your pardon! It just was a very unflattering photo with the front panel slightly skewed. The BNC connectors are just fine :) pic.twitter.com/OKdmRBmPuw

@azonenberg wrote some oscilloscope GUI SW which might be useful for your endeavour.

Ooh. It might need some adapting to work on that kind of platform but it's probably doable.
What's the hardware specs look like? I see "Xilinx" so assuming microblaze with no GPU?

Generating partial reconfiguration bitstreams on this device will make you famous. Still some way to go.
