I guess the general view is "those are often not even fax machines, they are copier printers with a piece of software". Missing bits of papers can badly affect patients. How can we digitise the process so that clinical staff and patients feel the benefit? is your man.

we were having a chat about this at the stand-up yesterday. It is a good step if it also makes sure that the business process requiring a piece of paper for the receiving ward/service is transformed not to require it (think x-rays/mri/blood tests etc).

Making progress on cleaning the air traffic data in a way that allows me to create these visualisations for any airport on any day. This day was particularly interesting over Heathrow as there were a large number of holding patterns in use and fluctuating throughout the day.
