Tried in Chrome and IE (which had no cookies). IE error: "Our System is Not Responding You may experience intermittent delays. We apologize for this inconvenience. "

Hi Amex, trying to log into my account and getting the error "We're sorry. Our system is temporarily unavailable." When might this be fixed? Thanks

There are so many awful books that even when I’m in charge of my own reading, it’s a minefield which frequently maims me, never mind proceeding based on the guesses of a well-meaning but blindfold stranger.

Although I also got several very nice books that way, including Edwin Mullhouse and Gilligan’s Wake

A stupid idea. I once received the Hedgehog novel by Barbery via Librarything’s secret Santa program, and that was from someone with access to my likes and dislikes.

No Gatorade needed for workouts under an hour. Organizers should know that.

Just about everywhere! I used one the other day to escape a driver who pulled a u-turn and chased me after I yelled at him for not signaling his left turn!

Another option for light packers (just clothes, no laptop, tools etc.) is a big seat bag or frame bag, bikepacking style. For those who want to use a sport-type bike for the commute.

If you’re traveling light a backpack is fine but it still increases sweatiness. Definitely more of an option for those who ride fast and shower on arrival. Panniers better for most folk I’d have thought. Personally I can roll either way.

What sort of length? Waterton Canyon's always fun, checking out the bighorn sheep, and there's south Cherry Ck. South Highline is great if don't mind the at-grade crossings (Broadway x2 especially yucky).
