The best thing to do if you have theories is to enroll in an undergraduate course in physics and then start on an advanced degree and work with your PhD advisor to publish original research papers. (Your theories may look different at the completion of this process.)

I miss the old days, when crackpot theories were crossposted to multiple newsgroups in the sci.* and alt.* hierarchies. Alexander Abian, Ludwig Plutonium, "Time is Mass", "VENUS MUST BE REORBITED", etc.

There are multiple rounds to the peer review process, but it won't make it anywhere NEAR a reviewer unless they see credentials fr a uni they respect on the cover letter
(Speaking as someone who edits academic journal submissions part-time)
