Haha yeah at the start there’s a lot of crazy things to figure out, the Cura defaults are pretty good for ultimakers in general, and a good rule of thumb for layer height is not to exceed 50% of nozzle size otherwise you can run into flow issues

Lol the armchair experts of reddit are sending you on a wild goose chase, 0.8 nozzle with 0.2 layer height is an odd combo, & the larger nozzle is gonna struggle with the small arms at that scale regardless. Switching to a smaller nozzle or scaling up the model could help

Nice! Looks like you’re running it a bit hot there, PLA gets stringy if it’s over temp or if there’s not enough airflow through the enclosure
