Pleasantly surprised to find that is now providing (native) addresses to several customers in Bengaluru.

Do we need to ask for it? Or is it automatically rolled out?

Ok I have an address now. But there's no default gateway defined. Can you DM me your route table? # ping6 connect: Network is unreachable

Nevermind. Restarting the interface, got me the default route.

nice. That means pretty much every device in your home/office network can get an unique IP.

Do you have to dial in using PPPoE?

Sadly, the IPv6 addresses are dynamically assigned, and aren't static.

I don't know. But I use PPPoE: who wants to be logging in to a web site all the time?

Right. I have two connections. Both use PPPoE, and one of them gives IPv6 as 6to4. But routing cost is too much (300 ms to google vs 11ms on IPv4), so I don't use it.

Works without PPPoE too. Been lazy to setup PPPoE, but I only get the login page about once a month or so.

Do you have a non-NAT'd public IPv4 address? My IPv4 latency is way worse than yours, but my IPv6 beats your IPv4 latency.

Yes, I have public IP on both ISPs. I used to get public IP since day 1, but later I paid extra to one of them for framed IP since I was facing connection reset issue every 8 hours - they reset the PPPoE connection every 8 hours. Other ISP gave it for free.
