It is immoral & unconstitutional for our government to force a medical condition on an adult against their will, even if it saves a life. That is why we dont compel organ donation or blood donation by law, even if it would save another life. Liberty is a Constitutional right

I can't see a Constitutionalist SC Justice ruling the government has authority to control People's reproductive systems. I am pro-choice & anti-abortion, but... ...I believe in the main premise of the US Constitution which is People are Good - and deserve the right to choose.

The Constitution protects the human rights of human. Supreme Court will rule when did we become human and got human rights protected by The Constitution. A mother does not have the right to choose Death Penalty for an INNOCENT human.

I'm almost for them overturning it. Hear me out....half the states won't change anything, and there will be the mother of all voter backlashes. Then we put reproductive Rights back in--via amendment if need be--and this never comes up again, just like Prohibition killed the

When Supreme Court rules when we became human and thus have human rights protected by The Constitution --- This will trump State's right to give mother or any one else THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE DeathPenalty for an INNOCENT human. Game over for abortion industry!!!
