after some time you realize, that all things pass away, even need for scratching an itch. And in meditation even that itch dissolves in spacious awareness.

Fascinating to compare the half-life of content across platforms (time it takes for a piece of content to reach 50% of its total lifetime engagement) 🧐
Twitter: 20 mins
Facebook: 5 hrs

they can crossbread (kind of), not sure about capybaras 😄
More often bisons will leave the herd to follow cows (looking for ladies). But after closer encounter they leave disappointed.

you are on the roll right now, with "small, simple things with big impact" (I started blogging FINALLY after using your simple template, tried using github pages before, but after installing ruby, gems, etc I kind of lost interest).

My 5yo asked, “How big is a wolf?”
So I Google it... Google’s first result is the option (in browser!) to place a realistic wolf in the room with us so we can walk around it and see for ourselves.
Magical. The closest I have felt to a Young Lady’s Illustrated Primer. pic.twitter.com/ZPDpAAUCOW

His dancing crane is one of my favorite pieces of origami. But it not fun at all to fold.

Lang works feel like made by computer :) as opposed to for example Hideo Komatsu works, which are soo much fun to fold.

Expect neurons to be able to learn pretty complicated functions. The limit of what a single cell can do is not obvious. For instance, stentors are single celled critters up to 2mm large that hunt multi cellular animals and can learn (!) to escape tubes. microbewiki.kenyon.edu/index.php/Sten… twitter.com/GaryMarcus/sta…

I didn't know, that not having free healthcare involves so much work.
This is insane.
We have this "Social Insurance Institution" that is low-productive, resource wasting org. But we have:
1. free healthcare
2. not have to deal with all the bullshit described in that thread

You aren't addressing the risk taking and innovation part.
If you want to omit artistic values and judge movies by box office, then yes, they're hits.

do you think it is common to mislabel valid critics as haters?
I think is easier to label someone a hater, than to address criticism.

An astrophotographer has clicked an exceptional video, wherein we can feel the rotation of the earth
Using a tracking mount, aligned with North Star, he kept clicking images every 12 seconds for the next 3 hours.
The camera is looking at the same portion of the Milky Way

This treehopper (Cyphonia clavata) has a weird adaptation to scare off predators: a protrusion on its back that mimics an ant 🐜 The ant dummy is inverted, so when the insect moves forward, it creates a good impression of an angry ant in an erect, defensive posture. pic.twitter.com/JcfxIdSRRU

myślę że to jest mądrość etapu. Byłem w swoim życiu i wierzącym i wojującym anty-klerykałem.
