Which means we cannot take the 100,000 number as fact. Start over and count them again. And do it by saying "died with Covid" and "died from Covid". That would make a big difference.

I think you are misunderstanding what they are saying. States are hiding cases/death counts where they can to press on with opening. The "died with covid" crap is bs; serves no purpose. Suppression makes more sense because it's fiscally beneficial.
