I've used Sendgrid more but I'll see about Elastic Email. Starting testing with my own sites as usual with not a ton of outgoing email. Glad to hear about DO, that's where I put my server in their Toronto facility as I live near Montreal and that's the closest. So far so good! :)

Trying out Cloudways. So far I'm impressed not only by the performance but onboarding and documentation as well as the linked services/addons and their cost. Will keep an eye on it for a while but it's a compelling solution for client sites!

Astra as far as I can tell is as accessible as most modern themes. They claim it meets WCAG 2.0 standards meeting the AA level (about 3/4ths down the page):

Completely agree. It's a huge pain for me that Jetpack and are entangled in WooCommerce. That flies in the face of the spirit of open source software IMO...

Hey guys! Are you aware that your site has been giving a 502 Bad Gateway error for several days now?

Awesome! Thank you for responding here! I really love Elementor despite a few missing things like this ;) The workflow is the best of any page builder.

I did, before writing my tweet ;) But there's no feedback on the request and it's been open and unassigned for over 2 years... It's kind of important IMO, especially for your agency customers like us.

Hey guys! New-ish Pro customer here. Wondering how obvious features like being able to use Vimeo videos as section backgrounds can languish for 2 years without being acted on: Don't want to go back to BB!

No, they should open their minds instead. "Hard to pin down" is a bs argument IMO. It's a race to the bottom/lowest common denominator argument to me. Do deep tech stuff if you like but not because of this...

We use none of the plugins you mention as they all have serious drawbacks including complexity, weight and built-in technical debt. We prefer doing multilingual with multisite and the very light Multisite Language Switcher. Clean content separation and better performance...

Sorry but, comparing host home pages speeds is really not a valid way to compare web hosting services...
