The concluded its statement to CBC noting no one was injured during enforcement actions that day and said when people were eventually arrested it happened safely and with minimal force.

The statement to CBC says the ERT member seen in the video was "tasked with providing over-watch... to ensure no lethal threats were present" as police moved in to take further enforcement actions at Gidimt'en.
