Send , while the other receives ? let's you do this! I owed my friend some , but only had myself. This is called a path payment on , where a payment is matched against onchain orderbooks. The future of payments is here!

I don’t see the “pick an asset” function; how do you get that?

In your wallet go to send, send to a keybase user and click the "send other assets" option in the top.

Must not be available on iOS yet. But that is sweet; true Venmo competitor!

hmm...Celsius could use something like this in-app huh? Get cel on stellarX...actually anchor all tokens provided on Celsius on the stellar network... your users would love it.

Yep!! Celsius could tokenize their deposits on stellar and enable their customers to trade between each other.

Love stellar but I think keybase kind of sucks. Sam sent me some XLM months ago, so I downloaded the app when he did, registered my Twitter name / no coins appeared. I deleted app from phone (not account). Now that I want to give it a try again there is no CS and no way to login.

Not trying to be a hater, but when I see difficult apps I think this is good for about 10k people in the world, but not for mass adoption. If things arent as clean and seamless as coinbase app, then I think it's too complex for mainstream. I was airdropped my XLM but cant login.

What is a CS? Would like to try to help you. You could still create a new account and participate with that if you have a github or Hackernews. On UX, I think it's improving every release, it's still early days for keybase. Most of my non technical friends love it already.

CS is customer service. Yes I could sign up for a new account but that defeats the purpose when someone sent me XLM to my account already (not that I care about the funds just principal about it). I do not even have a "password" login section on mine. Just says use phone #1 I am.

Ah, you might have to confirm the new device you are using on your phone. If you download keybase on a new device, you have to confirm that device on an older device, where you already have keybase installed. Could it be something like that?

Yeah but I'm using the same phone. I just deleted the app before and now reinstalled.

Thus works with any currency right?

Yes, as long as there is a party that tethers the asset to the network.

was saying using Stellar to transfer litecoin did not make sense. Now its happening with bitcoin and suddenly, maybe making sense to him? I love litecoin, the problem is that invested in and so now he will force litecoin to use so he can make $$$
