You should state that this is the new BCP Council and this pressure emanates from the mainly Conservative group within the old Bournemouth Council -not the rest of Dorset. The Council is controlled by an alliance of other parties.

Perhaps a look at the way in which those potholes are filled/repaired might be a preparatory step? In some parts of St James 'filled' potholes lasted less than 12 months.
