I spent two years on this case and can tell you what Garner was doing on a minute-by-minute basis that day. He sold untaxed cigarettes for a living - but not that morning. He argued with friends early, was sick midday, and broke up a fight on his way back to the corner.

Does anyone have an evening gown I can borrow? I need it to wear to the Times Square office (every day promptly at 9:30 a.m.) where I write about video games.

NYPD questioned a boy, offering him a McDonald’s soda. When he left, they took the straw and tested it for his DNA. It didn't match crime scene evidence, but his DNA was entered into the city’s genetic database. To have it removed, the family had to go to court. The boy was 12.

Student papers frequently report on faculty members’ donations to candidates, local papers write about donations from local businesspeople etc. don’t see why it wouldn’t be fair game for a politication to share this kind of info about prominent ppl in his or her community.

*scratches head* sharing true information about people’s political donations is “targeting” ?
