TfL Taxi & Private Hire 21h

Private hire vehicles must be parked legally while they wait to be allocated a job by their operator. We do regular checks on PHVs in the Congestion Charging zone to ensure they have a booking that day.

“Carry out a booking” Pretty sure the legislation reads “pre-booked” Another sleight of hand by TfL LTDA obediently sitting this one out until TFL gives them the nod that all the gates have been locked after the horse has bolted. SUE TFL NOW WHY WAIT?

Only thing this trade should be focusing on is suing TFL. Everything else is ancillary & a diversion. It’s that simple. Forget Uber. TfL could of & can stop them at any time.

To all who have negative & unhelpful advice about the KOL, please think of the disservice u are doing to all who want to do the KOL, if we discorouge others, then we definitely will not have a cab trade. Try to encourage not discourage.

The last two people to demand a Public Inquiry into via were from Strensall in York, and Abrigg in Wakefield. Further proof that it is a national issue. It only takes 1 minute, costs nothing and is open to every UK constituent. Do it now.
