The police took a formal statement from S Mc today following LTDA allegations of conspiracy and Perjury re Uber/Jo Bertram misleading High Court concerning how the Uber app worked.

If that is the ensure transparency.I think any future legal proceedings should be heard by a different court(I am not suggesting there is anything untoward going on) but the London taxi trade deserve a totally independent"hearing" at least

Maybe not so financially prohibitive if an application for a Judicial Review is Gouriet+Mr Holland have you been instructed for this? The London taxi driver may have "locus standi" should the LTDA not pursue this?
