I can't believe transportation agencies are still presenting projects to the public in this kind of map. This doesn't tell people how a street will look or feel. It's only meaningful to technicians. And it signals the whole engagement effort is bogus. DO BETTER, guys.

Something to consider, may be able to keep the simplicity and still have the options - Do, Plan, Delegate, and Eliminate. ToDoist label set-ups or Trello boards don’t have the simplicity and minimalism of Doo
