As a demographics junky, I'm compelled to mention the impact from the 1972-1979 birth lull of gen-x here. My fellow 40-somethings are in short supply. Also, I've heard we're lazy and don't aspire to be CEOs😂. I'm ready for Millennial CEOs to take over!
