I mostly prefer ‘isSomething()’ as ‘whereSomething()’ could be a dynamic where as well.

🔥 It also passes the first paramater to the callback so you can apply it to the query. There is even an option to use another Closure if the first parameter evaluates as false! Docs: Note how I sneaked in a 'dynamic where' 😎 is amazing!

As promised, here is the blogpost about yesterday’s package! 📝 An add-on to Laravel's built-in email verification. Only update a user's email address if the new one is verified as well.

Can be used as a drop-in replacement for Laravel's built-in Email Verification features as this package supports auto-login, resending of verification mails, Mailables/markdown editable and a user can verify without being logged in. Will write a blogpost tomorrow! 😊

Completed a new package this morning: an add-on to 's built-in Email Verification. When a user updates its email address, it won't replace the old one until the new one is verified. Super easy to set up, still fully customizable 😎
