Yes it’s often the go-to easy explanation for women’s behaviour ‘she lacks confidence’ - no, it’s not some innate deficiency... if it was a bloke there would be a million possible explanations. Managers should look at the actual situation and switch their brains on...

Could climate change concerns be a bit of a wild card in swing seats? If one party comes out with a really strong carbon reduction plan? Could this override Brexit loyalties? (though imagine there is a big correlation between Brexiters and the ‘go tell China’ lot)

Nooo! What fresh hell is this..? How is this going to improve hiring decisions? People will be summed up in 0.5 seconds based on their looks, accent or opening gambit... makes a 1 minute scan of actual facts written on a CV look like a detailed, informed assessment..

I suspect related to the stat I just heard on C4 news about 1 in 3 women thinking Boris as PM is ‘terrifying’

WTAF, ? ... ‘help around the house?’ Is this like dads ‘babysitting’ their kids? How about speaking to dads like adult, equal partners in the whole parenting thing?

If the brackets are at the end of a sentence then I think the full stop is fine :-) Think the punctuation inside the brackets is the bit that’s technically not right but is a good innovation as it does tone of voice...!

Our petition for both parents to have access to 6 weeks leave at 90% of salary is now on 93k. Help us get it over 100k so we can show the incoming PM that this is a vote winner
